Hello, beautiful soul, and welcome to Jowita Healing Arts! 🌞

My name is Jowita, and I created this space for those longing for greater clarity, renewal, joy, connection, and a deeper understanding of themselves. This is a space for the seekers, dreamers and for those who move through life with wonder, curiosity, and an open heart.

I’ve always carried a childlike wonder for the world. Literally everything fascinates me. I’ve been endlessly curious about people, consciousness, why we choose what we choose, and how we grow through the experiences that shape us. That same playfulness and spirit of discovery infuses everything I share here. I believe in lifting one another up, celebrating the beauty of being alive, and remembering that even through our most transformative seasons, we are never truly walking this path alone.

My own journey has led me through many metamorphoses and into work that allows me to explore the mysteries I’ve always been drawn to. Today, I’m a Quantum Healing Hypnosis (QHHT) Practitioner, Reiki Master, Soul Guide, explorer of metaphysics, and host of the Becoming the Sun with Jowita podcast. I’m also a co-founder of Unity Connection, a community created around consciousness expansion, connection, and soul remembrance.

QHHT has become a particularly meaningful part of my work. Like so many of us, I have walked through both light and darkness. Through challenge, loss, transformation, and beginning again, I’ve continually returned to the power of choice, faith, resilience, and an inner knowing that we are deeply supported. Along the way, I’ve discovered the freedom that comes from finding my voice, trusting my own inner wisdom, and allowing myself to become more fully who I am.

Here, I write and speak about self discovery, consciousness, soul wisdom, personal transformation, and the extraordinary beauty hidden within everyday life. My hope is that something you find here uplifts you, sparks joy, awakens a new insight, or simply reminds you of the wisdom and light you already carry within you.
