I have no words to describe my session with Jowita. This was my first QHHT session ever and all I can say is that I am left blown away. Ashlie’s Testimony:
I am not into all of the hocus pocus, free spirit, meditate, feel your body and breathe type of stuff. It just isn’t my thing. I am a black and white person and usually don’t have any room for ambiguity. I want cold hard facts and then I want to use my brain to get me through to the other side.
One of my best friends, Jowita, has taken an interest in QHHT which stands for Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique. She would get so excited when she would talk to me about it and one day, she asked me if I would want to experience it and help her get some hours under her belt. I said, sure. Of course. I don’t believe in this type of stuff but I’m down to see how it all plays out.
So, picture this, I show up at her home where she starts us off by sitting on the couch and turning on some music on youtube. We settled on “French Cafe Aesthetic” and then began our chat session. She discussed with me what she would be doing and that she would be asking me questions and my subconscious mind would be able to pull answers. I cannot be hypnotized but we’re going to give this a go.
Well, ladies, gentlemen and they/them .. Let’s go ahead and talk about what was happening WHEN I WOKE UP. First of all, I don’t even remember her counting me down. That really tripped me out. I had no recollection of her speaking to me at all and had no recollection of even responding to anything. I felt like I had gone over there to take a nap and then get back on the road.
She went over some cool stuff with me but all I could remember was how chapped my lips were. I don’t usually get chapped lips unless I go somewhere really cold so the fact that I couldn’t remember shit but could feel the desperation of needing chapstick really stood out to me. Before I left, Jowita said she was going to send me the recording she took of our session.
When I got home, I checked it out and was BAMBOOZLED by what I was listening to. The types of questions she was asking me, had been a series of questions that I had provided to her to ask. The responses. THE RESPONSES THAT WERE COMING OUT OF MY MOUTH, I couldn’t believe it. I felt really heavy and exhausted for the remainder of the day and didn’t necessarily even know why.
That next morning, the energy used to hop out of bed and write myself an immediate task list was alarming. I had so many good thoughts streaming out and I wanted to write them down. One of my main struggles has been dealing with my daughter’s father for the past 15 years of my life.
Our daughter is only 8 but I dealt with him for a long time prior to her birth. The man had a hold on me. I’m talking he can be such a little piece of shit but whenever he calls for me .. I would go running. I asked Jowita to ask my subconscious what the point of our relationship was and why I was unable to let it go.
Ya’ll .. on the recording, I heard my own voice say to me, “He was put in your life to show you that you cannot trust everyone you meet” and I just started bawling. It made so much sense to me and I swear, like night and day, I felt a little lighter in my walk.
I brought all of that up to say, once I heard myself speak to myself about my daughter’s father and his purpose, it was as if my body freed itself of him. How do I know that my body freed itself? Well, 3 weeks after my session .. A new man walked into my life and it was so easy for him to do because I had finally let go of the man who had been holding me back.
If you are someone who might not get a lot out of typical hypnoticism, I would say give QHHT a shot. If nothing else, it provided me with the utmost clarity on where and how I wanted to move forward with my life. Thank you so much Jowita
